Graduated as an EGB professor, holds a degree in Educational Sciences and a doctorate in Education from the Complutense University, he has taught at all educational levels provided by the Spanish educational system (except Bachillerato) and has held all the positions and functions that have gone determining the educational legislation throughout the last thirty years. Since 2002, he teaches at the UCM Faculty of Education, where he is a professor.
