Marcelino Cereijido born in Buenos Aires in 1933. After graduating from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, UBA with the best dissertation of his class performed postdoctoral studies at Harvard. He is a member of several scientific academies and scientific author of notable books and essays. He lives in exile in Mexico where 70 and received a long list of awards, including the National Science Award in the country is counted. He is currently professor emeritus of the Center for Research and Advance-dos Studies (CINVESTAV).
