Marco T. Robayo was born in the city of Bogotá at the beginning of the sixties. From a very young age he was fascinated by letters and at the age of nine he had his first contact with the literary world. He pursued higher studies in mechanical engineering in his hometown and then moved with his family to the city of Barranquilla, where he stayed for eight years.
