Margot Fassler is KEOUGH-HESBURGH Professor of Music History and Liturgy at the Notre Dame University. She member of the American Academy of Arts and Letters, she has received the Otto Kinkeldey Award from the American Musicological Society, as well as a Guggenheim Fellowship for her researcher work. Between the publications of it are The Virgin of Chartres: Making History Through Liturgy and the Arts and Gothic Song: Victorine Sequences and Augustinian Reform in Twelfth-Century Paris.
