Michael Chissick is a qualified primary school teacher and a yoga graduate from the BWY (the largest yoga organization in the UK). He teaches yoga classes for adults and, for two decades, has worked in various schools, teaching yoga to boys and girls in the UK. He has written numerous books, among which are Frog's Breathtaking Speech or Ladybird's Remarkable Relaxation.
