Miguel Puga

Miguel Puga (n. Granada, 1968), known artistically as "MagoMigue" is a Spanish illusionist. A child attracted by the world of magic, being very small decides to channel his professional steps towards this discipline, following the teachings of the master Arturo de Ascanio and Juan Tamariz.

But at first it was also trained as an actor, and between 1985 and 1987 is integrated into Stable Theatre Company of Granada. In 1988 he moved to Madrid, where he studied Drama and Teaching.

The popularity reaches it through the television. His first opportunity comes through Telecinco, chain in which debuts on camera working as a guest in the VIP Guay and Vip Night Emilio Aragon programs.

More important was his experience in Antena 3, where for three years, between 1991 and 1994, shared with Ana Chávarri the work of presenting the children's program daily La snack, in which he played the character of Professor Lupilla and where he could show his skills as illusionist.

In recent years he has created and directed several shows model he calls "Art Dramágico, magic shows that have toured in various scenarios from countries like China, USA, France, Italy, ALemanaina, Spain, South Korea, Chile, etc. So far, only four Spanish magicians have achieved the title of world's greatest magician specializing in card magic. These wizards are Arturo Ascanio, Juan Tamariz, Pepe Carrol, and in 2003 Magomigue (Miguel Puga).

He is the creator and director of the Andalusian School of Magical Arts (EAM) in Granada.

He also devised and directed since 2002, the international festival "HocusPocus Festival", a reference in Europe and pioneered the new understanding and transmitting the art of illusion. Its features have naturally been adopted by the rest of magical events of Spain.
