Patricia Carrillo Collard

Patricia Carrillo Collard was born in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, on March 24, 1972. From 2002 he lives in Guadalajara, Jalisco. She studied economics at ITAM, a master's degree in public policies at Princeton University and the Literary Creation Diploma at the Sogem Guadalajara. She is co-founder of the Civil Association Alternatives and Capabilities and collaborates in the Council of Gendes, an organization that works on the topic. She writes stories and stories for children. Her book of her nobody who understands me (fictitious / Sinaloense Institute of Culture, 2018) won the National Literature Prize Gardilberto Owen 2015. She has published four stories for children: Crucijada, in a second edition by the State Editorial Fund from Mexico; Adventures of a cloud, with the program of promotion of Reading Letters to fly, of the University of Guadalajara; Some real parents, with whatleo and a virtual friend, with the State Council for Culture and Arts (CECA) of Jalisco. She has been a fellow of the Jalisco CECA in 2015 and 2018.
