Rafael Ferber (1950) is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Zurich, where he focuses on teaching since 1984 and since 2000 also comes as a professor at the University of Lucerne. His main research areas are ancient philosophy - Plato and Aristotle, and systematic philosophy. An active member of the Internationale Platongesellschaft (Platonist Association International), founded in 1989.
