Raquel Moraleja was born in Madrid in 1992. She is a journalist and an official Master in Literary Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. She collaborates in various cultural media such as Qué Leer and INPUT magazines. She is the author of the contemporary art and literature blog Lit Ar Co.

She was a fellow of the program "Narrative Writing and Imagination Techniques" at the Contemporary School of Humanities in Madrid. She has been the winner and finalist of different literary competitions such as the Short Story Contest of the University of Navarra, the AULA contest of the newspaper El Mundo and the Jordi Sierra i Fabra Prize for Literature for Young People. She is currently writing her first novel.
