Sam Byers (Norwich, England, 1979) is a graduate of the University of East Anglia in Creative Writing. He regularly collaborates with Granta, The Times Literary Supplement and The New York Times. His first novel, Idiopathy, a finalist for the Costa First Novel Award, has become a sales and critic phenomenon in the United Kingdom and the United States, and will be published soon in twelve countries.
