Sergi Puertas was born in Barcelona in 1971. Novelist, journalist, poet, musician and graphic novelist, and has worked at the La Cúpula publishing house and, in its final stage, has been editor-in-chief of Kiss Comix, and later director of the El Víbora magazine, until its disappearance in 2005. He owns a very powerful style, with incredible literary depth, which draws on such disparate classics as JG Ballard or David Cronenberg, Rafael Chirbes or Stanisław Lem. Currently lives in Barcelona.
