Sergio Telles (Monterrey, Mexico, April 13, 1990) is a mechanical engineer administrator by the UANL and author of the pregnant novel (Oblicuas editions, 2014). He was appointed substitute deputy of the Third State Parliament of Youth for his essay: absent democracy .. He is editorialist in the newspaper Hoy, with his column of social and political criticism, avalanche. Finalist of the International Poetry Contest Zenu, (Colombia, 2014).
