Susanna Moore (Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania, 1945) is the author of One Last Look, Sleeping Beauties, The Whiteness of Bones and My Old Sweetheart, with which she has transported her Readers to places and times as diverse as the Calcutta of 1836 and New York of 2000. She has taught literary creation at New York University, has been a guest lecturer at Yale and in 1999 received the Literary Recognition Award granted by the American Academy Of Arts and Letters.
