Tom Bower, has been Professor of Psychology at the University of Edinburgh since 1969, previously he taught at Harvard University, at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, and the University of Brussels. His technical skill in the difficult field of experimentation with infants is proverbial among psychologists.
