Tony Phillips, editor of this work, works on issues related to sovereignty in the fields of debt, development, energy and ecology. With extensive international experience, he currently lives between Dublin and Buenos Aires, where he has been a researcher at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and continues, in Project Allende [http://projectallende.org/], with his studies on South American regionalism and the political economy of debt. Recent publications include What if Ireland Defaults? (co-authored, 2012).
