Victoria Cirlot (Barcelona, 1955) is professor of Romance languages at the University Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). His passion for Arthurian literature, which grows from a young age by the chivalric world and the Middle Ages in general, has led to publish translations of medieval novels and studies of the Arthurian romance, and various trials in which compares the literature and art of the Middle Ages to the twentieth century, with the intention of bringing our world something of the richness of that historical past.
To Siruela has made numerous translations of works of medieval literature, among which Perlesvaus or The High Book of the Grail or Life and Visions of Hildegard von Bingen.
