Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Munich. He has been a professor at different European universities. He has published several works on the problems of classical German philosophy and contemporary philosophy and art.

Among his works translated into Spanish stands out in the labyrinths of self-knowledge. "The Sturm und Drang and the German Enlightenment" (1997), in addition to essays on Kant, Hegel, Hölderlin and César Vallejo.
