The relevance of this work lies in developing an alternative proposal to the traditional analyzes of collective action. The protest practices of LGBTIQ+ people are interpreted in the framework of the "pride" marches, based on the political meanings that the sensory displayed in the public space takes on, as a fundamental part of the strategies of struggle in local contexts ( Iztacalco, Silao, León, Celaya, Cuautla, Tepoztlán, Querétaro, Toluca and Valladolid), which are part of a national protest circuit in Mexico, where the analysis of the massive demonstrations that have taken place in large metropolitan environments has been prioritized.
