El Centro Prodh y las organizaciones defensoras de derechos humanos en la búsqueda de verdad y justicia
This book investigates a little-addressed aspect regarding the Ayotzinapa case, which is the role that civil society organizations play in the processes of accompaniment of direct and indirect victims. The case of the Miguel Agustín Pro Juárez Human Rights Center (Centro Prodh) is emblematic and allows the theories and methodologies of the study of civil society organizations to be tested. The Prodh Center played a fundamental role in maintaining and coordinating two different strategies: one of accompaniment to the victims (which allowed the construction of community social capital, key to maintaining the mobilization) and another of relations with the authorities (which allowed, in a way gradual, getting some results).
