The Gospel of Mary has been virtually ignored by the public. The first draft of this Gospel, whose manuscript is preserved since 1896 in the Department of Egyptology at the National Museums of Berlin, dates around the year 150. This is because, as the other Gospels, one of the founding texts or primitive Christianity, attributed to Miriam of Magdala, that Mary Magdalene was the first witness of the Resurrection, Jesus' close friend and # started # to broadcast its more subtle teachings.
