This book presents the analysis of the Citizen Participation Mechanisms (CPM) within the agencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (APF). It begins by exploring the definitions of various forms of institutionalized citizen participation. Subsequently, it carries out quantitative monitoring by updating and expanding official data on the promotion, formation, organization and operation of these mechanisms in Mexico. It concludes by analyzing the conception of participation for the federal government in this six-year term. Throughout the work, the complexities and challenges of citizen participation in the Mexican context are addressed.
