The simple presentation of the plan of the Guide for the Perplexed enough to show that the book is sealed with many seals. At the end of his introduction, Maimonides describes the preceding passage as follows: "It is a key that allows us to enter places where the doors are closed. When we open those doors and into those places, souls find rest, eyes will delight and bodies may rest from their labors and their work ". The Guide as a whole is not only a key to get in a forest, but the forest itself, an enchanted forest and therefore also a lovely forest: it is a delight for the eyes. But the tree of life is a treat for the eyes.
