Anna Llenas was born in Barcelona. She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a degree in Graphic Design from the Escola Superior de Disseny i Art Llotja. She took her first professional steps in the advertising sector as Art Director at Bassat-Ogilvy, and one fine day she decided to establish herself on her own. She specialized in illustration at the Eina School and created her own design projects, which she markets through different channels. She has carried out graphic works for clients as different as, for example, La Vanguardia, Nestlé or the Generalitat de Catalunya. At present, she has trained as an art therapist and, professionally, works with other authors, for various publishers, illustrating her stories. The Color Monster was the first album she signed as an author and illustrator.
