This book focuses on the study of magic, miracle, and healing in the New Testament. These concepts have gone hand in hand, in ancient times, as ways of facing and trying to overcome the problems of pain and illness. As a result, they exchanged frequently, making it difficult to draw a sharp border between them. The work also deals with other themes related to geographical environments and ancient religions that could have influenced in some way the genesis and evolution of Christianity.
