This guide develops a psychoeducational intervention that was prepared and implemented in the university environment, and its main objective is the modification of dysfunctional beliefs linked to perfectionism in students. It contains theoretical approaches framed in contemporary Psychology and more specifically in developments in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as practical exercises aimed at the identification of dysfunctional cognitive and behavioral patterns and the active search for change.
