Philosophy Yoga is a concise and didactic exhibition of Yoga, as described by the great Patanjali, more than two thousand years ago. The stages - ethical dispositions, practice of breathing or concentration - that lead to the ultimate goal of the yogic path are studied: the isolation of the spirit itself. As a didactic complement, the complete Sanskrit text with its translation into Spanish and notes from the First Book of the Yogasutras of Patanjali have been added to the end of the book.
