Between June and September 2007, the exhibition La politique des images, by the Chilean artist Alfredo Jaar, was exhibited at the Museum of Fine Arts in Lausanne, Switzerland. A book-catalogue with the same title is then published in a bilingual French-English version, which includes essays by Georges Didi-Huberman, Griselda Pollock, Jacques Rancière and the curator, Nicole Schweizer. This book contains the translations of those essays into Spanish. It is a valuable material for the study of the theme of the image in the arts and in visual culture.
