In a landscape of theories as varied as those found around eating disorders, the strategic-constructivist therapeutic approach proposed by Nardone is shown as the most concrete, assumes that people with disorders of anorexia, bulimia and Vomiting are the result of a synergy between the subject and the reality in which the person engages in efforts to transform the problematic situation that this result remains unchanged.
