The talks of the Plato Cycle, which address discussions and presentations on all the Dialogues, within the "Thursday Seminar" directed by Tomás Abraham since 1984, were systematized by the coordinator for this book. The name comes from the Teatro del Callejón, where the Seminar – forty people gathered reading and talking on a stage – began to meet shortly before the publication of the work. "It is very easy to be an amateur of philosophy, an apprentice of the craft of philosophizing. It is enough to dedicate yourself to it. Perseverance, love of reading, patience, commitment, freedom to think and discuss, and humility," defines Tomás Abraham.
