Through the testimonies of [...] tapatías women, situations and subjectivities of past and present life are reactivated, but also of the social and cultural life of the Guadalajara of the sixties, and the way in which the cinematographic story fuses with memories and memory. Thus, these memories leave the passionate or impassive story of a missing and absent reality, and provoke the rebirth of the past. The author elaborates a multidisciplinary vision to analyze the process of empirical reception of the Mexican cinema of the sixties and the youthful identities of Guadalajara, with a group of Tapatías women who consumed these films and their recurring images: young people with leather jackets and motorcycles , young women with a look of adults and miniskirts, innocent loves, busted youth who had the most fun eating ice cream or assaulting coffee shops.
