“Rhythm revisited. Representations of gender in the 60s ”portrays in an interesting, deep and entertaining way a transcendental moment in the history of the country, from a rarely used perspective. The author of it, the sociologist, and Master in Social Sciences Silvia Lamadrid, built on this topic the thesis with which she obtained a doctorate in History from the University of Chile.
It is a search that uses sources not considered by official history, such as the media, until recently, and which are currently taken into consideration because they are living vestiges of the footprint of social actors.
