At present the library, particularly its reference services must evolve in tandem with technological advances. The goal is to transform their performance in a proactive service, tailored to a dynamic information environment and constantly changing. Not forgetting that in both (physical and virtual) environments referral services should remain the door through which the user receives "just in time" solution tailored to their information needs. The renovation of the current model of virtual reference service is an obvious necessity, on the road to a user-centered, to which he must provide all the facilities that contribute to the satisfaction of their needs prototype. And it should contribute not only librarians but also the community as a whole.
