Jares Xesus Rodríguez, Professor of Teaching and Educational Organisation at the University of A Coruña. Since 1983 he coordinated the group Educators for Peace MRP Nova Escola Galega, and was president of the Galician-Portuguese Association for Peace Education (AGAPPAZ). He taught courses and conferences throughout the peninsula as well as in other countries in Europe and Latin America. His books include: Education for peace. His theory and practice (3rd ed. 2005)
