Surreal image meets four theoretical texts four critical interventions on various aspects of Surrealism. In all cases, the underlying idea that surrealism is not merely a poetic and artistic "movement" more, but a general attitude to life which seeks the enlargement and enrichment of human existence. It is proposed also that the axis of this attitude, its core, is the role that is assigned to the image, since they show the desire conceived as erotic flow and acts as an impetus for change, of transformation.
