Three important Latin American art theorists, representing three different generations; Justo Pastor Mellado, Graciela Taquini and Pedro Pablo Bustos, gather under the seal of the Metales Pesados ​​editorial, their particular points of view on the work of young and promising artist Yael Rosenblut. From an analysis of the general context of current art, as well as Chilean art in particular, put in perspective the work of Rosenblut, punctually from the exhibition that during 2009 was one of the most visited of the National Museum of Fine Arts and the one that gives the title to the present book: three videos, made from three emblematic works of the Chilean Painting collection; "Don Ramón Martínez de Luco and his son", by José Gil de Castro, "La carta" by Pedro Lira and "La perla del mercader" by Alfredo Valenzuela Puelma. The audiovisual pieces were placed in relation to the respective paintings, occupying two rooms of the mentioned enclosure, in a minimalist way but with great formal efficiency and richness in the evocation of meaning.
