Manuela Oyarzún Grau is a graduate of the University of Chile, where she studied a degree in Arts with a mention in Acting. She has worked as an actress, director, playwright and teacher. It has promoted more than 10 theatrical projects obtaining funds for its realization. Founder of the company El Hijo Theater where she worked as an actress, dramaturgy and director of various montages. With the work "Mujer Gallina", she obtains two nominations for the Altazor Prize in Chile, she toured in Puerto Rico and Brazil where she worked as an actress and artistic director. Actress who has acted in montages of famous Chilean theatrical directors like Andres Perez Araya, Ramón Griffero, Fernando Gonzáles, Rodrigo Perez, Víctor Carrasco, among others. His work "Tracy Ridícula" was selected by the Sample of Dramaturgy 2005 and directed by Fernando González. He directed the work "I have a name and I want another" by Alejandro Moreno in the framework of the 100 years of the birth of Pablo Neruda. He jointly directed "In Defense of the Albino Mosquitoes" by Merce Sarrias for the Catalan Drama Show at the Cultural Center of Spain. In 2006 she was co-director of the integrated arts project "Madame Crisantema" financed by FONDART. In cinema she participated in the film "La Buena Vida" by Andrés Wood, where she was awarded as Best Actress at the Biarritz Festival and nominated for the 2009 Altazor and Pedro Sienna Awards. She starred in the short film "La Ducha" Berlin and at the NY Film Festival. She has ventured into the musical genre as a scriptwriter, actress, and co-director in the performance "Lágrimas, Celos y Dudas", presented with great success, and from which a musical band is born to date. He wrote and directs the montage of "Ovni Head". She has been acting lecturer at the Arcos Institute and Arcis University. Today she is academic coordinator of the Arcos Institute.
