The person of Luther and what he represented represented a convulsion in the religious, political, social, literary and artistic panorama of the Europe of his time. This first volume of the three planned gathers the texts around the beginning of the Reformation. In them Luther formulates his radical questions of both the practice and the doctrine of the Church, always attentive to the socio-political problems of the time.
