I have a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master's Degree in Orientation and Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Doctorate in Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana. In more than 25 years of professional experience that I have accumulated, I have worked in different areas of Psychology and Human Development, with children and their parents, with adolescents in vocational guidance, with adults in individual orientation, with groups of people teaching workshops on topics related to self-esteem, assertive communication and multiple intelligences, mainly; I have also collaborated in companies and educational institutions. I have spent the last years investigating the development of human potential, in the areas of talent, multiple intelligences and positive psychology; of these investigations, three publications have appeared in academic journals and soon, a chapter in a book on positive psychology in Mexico. I am passionate about knowing what makes us different from each other and the possibility of exploiting that potential for the benefit of the person and the world in which he lives. Currently, I am the Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Human Development at the UIA, and I teach the subjects of Psychological Fundamentals of Behavior, in the Psychology Degree; Theory and Development of Communication Skills in Human Development II and Research Workshop I with emphasis on the Case Study, in the Postgraduate Program.
