Aquiles Chihu Amparán Teaches at the Autonomous Metropolitan University (Iztapalapa). He is director of the Political Communication Laboratory at that institution. He is a member of the National System of Researchers level II. He has dedicated himself to the study of public discourse, for which he introduced the analysis of frames (frame analysis) to Mexico, applying it to research in different settings; presidential campaigns, media and protest.
