Mario Orozco Guzman. degree in psychology and master's degree in clinical psychology from the Autonomous University of Querétaro and doctor in Psychology from the University of Valencia, Spain.

Currently, he is a research professor at the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, a psychoanalyst and the author of several books.

He coordinates the academic body in consolidation: "Studies on psychoanalytic theory and clinic" and belongs to the National System of Researchers, level 1. He is the author of articles in indexed journals such as Affectio societatis, Education and Development, Psychological Thought, Malaise and Subjectivity and Psikeba. His lines of research are related to psychoanalytic studies around body image and the psychoanalytic approach in relation to violence and criminality.
