Andrés Reggiani has a doctorate in History from the State University of New York (Stony Brook). He is a professor at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, where he served as director of the Department of History. He is the author of the books God's Eugenicist: Alexis Carrel and the Sociobiology of Decline (Berghahn Books, s/l, 2007); The dark years. France in the era of fascism (1934-1944) (Miño and Dávila, Buenos Aires, 2010) and Minimal History of Racial Policies in Latin America (El Colegio de México, Mexico City, in press).
