Jordi Serrano Blanquer. Sabadell, 1958. Historian. He is rector of the Universitat Progressista d'Stiu de Catalunya (UPEC) agora of the political, trade union and social lefts of Catalonia. He has been director of the Ferrer i Guàrdia Foundation, president of the Lliure el Sol School, spokesperson for the League for Secularism and general secretary of the Secular and Progressive Movement.
