Irini is Senior Lecturer at Northumbria University's School of Design, at postgraduate level. His current research thesis and PhD is on Brand Management and Strategic Design of Cultural Products. He also holds a master's degree in Business Publishing, from the University of Barcelona in Spain, where he lived for many years and worked actively in the publishing sector. He has written numerous essays on editorial design management, and branding. His research, teaching and professional experience extends to the UK, Spain, France, Greece and Central America.
