This book offers an interdisciplinary analysis of the psychosocial determinants of stress and the psychological and physiological resources used to cope with it. Topics such as chronic and acute stress, physiological responses, post-traumatic stress, and stress as a psychosocial problem are discussed and a measurement system and a group and individual intervention model based on psychodrama are presented. This attempts to offer an integrative vision that recovers the contributions of Luciano Rispoli, author and founder of a holistic model for addressing this problem.
