This edition presents the contributions made by the invited speakers at the Workshop: Rebecca Cook, Bernard Dickens, Martín Hevia and Katherine Romero – who share their experiences dealing with these issues from the legal perspective and in their respective countries – with the Mexican counterpart represented by Marta Lamas, Rodrigo Parrini, Ana Amuchástegui, Corina Giacomello and Adriana Ortiz Ortega. The final product is a work that travels across multiple borders – both jurisdictional and disciplinary – that allows – it is hoped – to navigate the current panorama of debates on gender, sexuality and law.
