The massive dissemination of chats based on Artificial Intelligence aroused everything from technophile frenzy to fears worthy of the eve of an apocalypse. This book, organized as a long dialogue, elaborates an epochal diagnosis that allows us to situate the problem of the digitization of experience in its different dimensions: anthropological, neurophysiological, cultural, political. What image of intelligence and what myths about the brain serve as a model for Artificial Intelligence? This book proposes, among other things, to argue about the difference in nature between organisms (complexes of biology, technique, culture...) and digital machines (which in their aggregative logic break all vital unity). He also warns about the ethical and political difference between the hybridization of organism-artifact, an irreversible fact, and the techno-scientific colonization of the living. What, then, does it mean to act on our terms? The challenge of a new multiple figure of action will be posed and opened.
