Born in Buenos Aires in 1897, is one of the pioneers of research in the History of Medicine in Latin America. His intense activity was reflected in many works and their important contributions to the popularization of science in newspapers and magazines. He taught at the Universities of Litoral, Buenos Aires and Northeast and member of the Mathematical Union Argentina, Academy of Sciences of Madrid, the International Academy of the History of Science and the International Commission for the History of Mathematics.
