Alejandro Tarrab (Mexico City, 1972). Poet and essayist. He is the author of Siete cantáridas (2001), Centauros (2001) and the trilogy Figura de dos cabezas, which includes the books: Litane (2006), Degenerativa (National Literature Prize Gilberto Owen, 2009) and Maremágnum, (2016). Also from the essay book Fall of buffalo without name (2015). His work has been translated into English, French, Portuguese, Czech and Serbian. He was a member of the National System of Art Creators.
