The Dr. Alma Guadalupe Melgarito Rocha is a leading Mexican academic, researcher and writer. She serves as a Senior Lecturer at the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). She has taught as a subject professor in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). His studies focus on socio-legal analysis, constitutional law, the impact of modern ethos on traditional communities and the effects of legal globalization.
