Álvaro Colomer (Barcelona, 1973), writer and journalist, has published the short novel La calle de los suicidas (2000) and Se alquila una mujer (2001), where he recreates stories of prostitutes based on real interviews. He has been included in the anthology of short stories Que la vida iba en serio (2002) and has published stories in different creative magazines. He was a finalist for the Ateneo de Sevilla Prize with the novel El regalo de Eva.
